Every engagement ships a runnable system.
The Starter ships one in a week. A Build ships a full workflow in four to eight weeks. Embed ships continuous design partnership for clients running multiple systems. Every engagement ends on the client's stack with the same output: working software, written runbooks, accountable handoffs.
The work sits at a rare intersection. Deep specialization in the Claude ecosystem (Cowork, Claude Code, MCP, Skills, Subagents, Projects, Agentic OS) gives Praxis architectural depth most generalist AI consultants can't match. Wide assembly range across n8n, Apify, Gemini, and creative AI for image, video, and voice means the solution gets built from the right tools, not the only ones the consultant knows. A decade of founder experience behind every build means the question driving the work is always does this change how the business operates?, never does this check a box?
Praxis is founder-led on purpose. SMB owners spending $5K to $35K on a single engagement need to know who's on the other end. One accountable builder, one decision point, one handoff, no subcontractor chain, no account manager layer. The brand and the founder are currently indistinguishable, and that is the point.
02 ·The Name
Pi · Praxis monogramPraxis comes from the Greek πρᾶξις. The act of doing.
Aristotle separated three modes of human activity. Theoria is thinking about. Poiēsis is making for its own sake. Praxis is the mode for people who combine thought and action into practice. That is the work.
There is a second thread. We are in the era of practicing AI, not planning it. The technology is mature enough to build on. Every month, "strategic AI roadmap" becomes less useful than one actual system running in production. Praxis names that moment.
03 ·The Founder
Marc Kleinmann.
Founder of Praxis. Decade of founder experience across consumer and creative businesses. Now specializing in applied AI for SMB owners and operators, working out of New York on the ET timezone.
The work is hands-on. We design the system, wire the automations, write the runbook, train the team, and make sure the thing runs without us. That last part is the job: a system the team operates after the engagement ends.

Deep on Claude so the architecture is right. Range across n8n, Apify, Gemini, and creative AI so the solution gets built from the right tools for the workflow, not the only ones we happen to know.
03One builder, one accountable partner.
We own strategy, design, build, and handoff. No subcontractor chain. No account manager layer. The same person who sold the engagement ships it.
04Fixed price by default.
Three named shapes (Starter, Build, Embed). Price you know before signing. The scope work happens before the engagement, not during it.
05Stack-native.
Every system is built on your stack, integrated with your tools, and operated by your team. Praxis does not run hosted infrastructure on your behalf. The handoff is real.
